Written confirmation for reservations is required, stating the number of rooms, arrival and departure dates and additional services to be used.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES
According to local provisions regulating the hotel market, check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 13:00.
If the guest needs to have access to the hotel before this time, it is necessary to reserve the room as of the previous day, at the rate agreed to. If the guest wishes to leave after this time, he/she must check availability in advance with the Room Manager at the Hotel. If prior notice is not given and if the guest leaves after this time, the night will be charged in accordance with the rate agreed to.
DEPOSIT RULES (Companies NOT having credit with HOTELES ESTELAR S.A.)
Time frames for deposits to ensure reservation of bed-rooms and conference rooms.
INDIVIDUALS:
5 days before arrival, deposit corresponding to the 50‰ of all the nights reserved must have been made.
1 day before arrival, deposit for 100‰ of the nights reserved must be made.

GROUPS:
60 days before arrival, deposit for 20‰ of the first night must have been made.
45 days before arrival, outstanding 80‰ payment for the first night must be made.
30 days before arrival, 20‰ payment for the nights reserved must be made.
10 days before arrival, the outstanding balance for the remaining nights must be paid.
DEPOSIT RULES (Companies HAVING credit with HOTELES ESTELAR S.A.)

To ensure reservation of bed-rooms and conference rooms, the company must send a responsibility letter, and the same terms above shall apply. This letter authorizes the Hotel to charge a penalty if the initial conditions are breached.
In the event an invoice is presented, this must take place every two weeks.

CANCELATION RULES

This is applicable to all individual and group reservations guaranteed with a deposit or a responsibility letter, and it refers to the penalties for reservations cancelled after the limit time.
INDIVIDUAL:
72 hours before arrival, 25‰ of the first night will be charged.
48 hours before arrival, 50‰ of the first night.
24 hours before arrival, 75‰ of the first night.
112 hours before arrival, we will charge 100‰ of the first night.
GROUPS
45 days prior to arrival, 50‰ of the first night will be charged.
30 days prior to arrival, 75‰.
15 days prior to arrival, 100‰ of the first night will be charged.
5 days prior to arrival, 100‰ for all the nights will be charged.
